On July 8, 2023, the World Artificial Intelligence Conference Pudong Forum，named “Leading the Future, Empowering and Revitalizing”，was held in Shanghai. A series of plans, lists, and projects were announced and implemented, showcasing the development potential and innovative achievements of Pudong as a leading area for socialist modernization construction and the first AI innovation application pilot zone in China. iStarChip Semiconductor was honored to be selected as one of the first batch of key artificial intelligence (AI) projects in Pudong New District. Under the witness of leaders including Zhisong Zhu, a member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Pudong New District Party Committee, Yingwei Hang, Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai Municipal Government and Governor of Pudong New District, Jincheng Wu, Director of the Shanghai Economic and Information Technology Commission, and Song Peng, Executive Deputy Director of the Shanghai Promotion of Science and Technology Innovation Center Construction Office and a member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Pudong New District, Mr. Jonny Lee, COO of iStarChip Semiconductor, successfully signed a contract with Zhangjiang High-Tech.

The chip project of iStarChip Semiconductor is designed for automotive-grade applications, including entry-level automotive grade AI MCU, mainstream automotive grade AI MCU, and high-end motion control processors. These chips not only have high integration, low power consumption and flexibility, but also integrate advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technology. We utilize the most advanced automotive MCU technology platform to provide customers with innovative solutions, widely used in automotive scenarios such as power, chassis, engine, motor, etc., in order to meet the needs of electrification and intelligence.

iStarChip Semiconductor, as a selectee of signing ceremony, marked the recognition of exploration and innovation in the automotive grade AI chip field.
